A Look Back at Downtown Hudson’s First Winter Restaurant Week

Downtown Hudson’s first Winter Restaurant Week has officially come to a close—and what a delicious week it was. From February 1–7, participating dining destinations introduced special menus, featured items, seasonal creations, drinks, and sweet treats for residents and visitors to enjoy. The event offered an opportunity to explore Hudson’s dining scene while supporting locally operated businesses during the heart of winter.
A Week of Dining and Discovery
Restaurant Week encouraged diners to return to familiar favorites and experience something new. Some visitors planned a special evening out, while others incorporated Restaurant Week into a lunch break, casual gathering, family meal, or dessert stop. With different types of dining represented, participants could shape the week around their own schedules and interests.
Supporting Downtown During Winter
Seasonal dining events bring additional energy to downtown during a traditionally quieter time of year. They introduce customers to new menu options, encourage repeat visits, and remind the community how much variety is available within the district. They also create opportunities for visitors to combine dining with shopping, entertainment, appointments, and other downtown activities.
Thank You for Dining Local
Thank you to the participating businesses and their teams for the planning, preparation, creativity, and hospitality that made the week possible. Most importantly, thank you to everyone who made a reservation, stopped for lunch, ordered dessert, tried something different, returned to a favorite, or shared Restaurant Week with friends.
Restaurant Week may be over, but Downtown Hudson’s dining scene is here throughout every season. Keep exploring, keep sharing, and continue dining locally.
