Cancellation Policy

Vendor Terms and Consent: Applicants must reside in New England and be age 18 and up. Sponsor reserves the right to curate and limit vendors to ensure a variety of items, and may refuse an application. All vendors must be set up and ready for business on festival days before 12:30pm, and must remain open until 5 pm. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent and display equipment, and must remove trash from their vending space after the event. Electricity and water will NOT be available. Vendors will be notified of space assignment, designated parking areas, and other relevant set up/take down details at least one week prior to festivals. Vendors are responsible for collecting/remitting appropriate state sales taxes and/or fees. ArtsFest Hudson and the Hudson Downtown Business Improvement District are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or products. Vendor application fees will be refunded only if an event is cancelled by the festival producers. After you submit your application, you will be directed to a payment page, and must remit a vendor application fee with your submission- $50.
